Saturday long run


This was a good group run, although at many points a lot of the group seemed to want to go much faster than we should have. We must have made up that time in our walk breaks because we ended up at exactly a 10-minute mile. I'm sure the fact that I didn't stop my watch at the Sports Basement doesn't help either. Oops.
